    I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9305.
    Even the default applications have disappeared, so I cannot even access Play Store to re-install everything!
    My phone is set on Automatic updates while on Wifi.
    I saw some solutions on your website regarding Knox application - I Forced Stop for this applix but there is no change.

    Thanks for your urgent advice.

    It could be a launcher problem, try "clear data" of TouchWiz or change Launcher

    Or just turn the phone off for a few seconds, then turn it on.

    Welcome to Android Central! What if you boot into Safe Mode? How to boot the Galaxy S3 into Safe mode?
