Please someone help me I deleted my os

I deleted my os from my s3 please I need help I tried to reboot In recovery but it says no os installed. How do I fix this?

What did you do to delete the OS? When do you see the 'no OS installed error'?

Oh and here is a solution.

Find your stock firmware for your specific model number and your region(country) at Sammobile or at samsung-updates.

Install Odin on PC.

Make sure drivers are installed.

Boot the device to download mode by holding the volume down+home+power button, when you see the caution screen press volume up to enter download mode.

Connect your device to PC.

Flash your stock firmware via Odin.
