S3 LED blinking red and device rebooting.

My Samsung Galaxy s3 isn't properly working when I turn it on it shows the logo screen then shuts off and vibrates it doesn't show the charging sign {the red light in the corner and the battery picture} I need help Please respond if you have any advice. Thank you.

This sounds like a possible battery problem. But before you replace it, try clearing the device cache: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-6205

I reset my phone to factory settings inappropriately.It's a B LU. How do I get it back to function normally. When I turn it on, all I see is a the language option. Thanks

I tried that but when I tried to turn the phone off the logo screen showed then cut off
