I was given a "LCD Display External Battery Case For Galaxy S4 I9500"
When I plug my phone in it does not charge, it just makes the sound that something was plugged in, and then the charge symbol appears, and then with in 2 seconds it makes the sound the when something is unplugged and the charge symbol disappears.It continues to do this and does not charge.
