G'day .
Any one ever had any problems with resetting SG4 back to factory settings ? ~ Much Thanks

Welcome to the forums.
As a rule of thumb, back up anything you don't want to lose. Resets typically don't delete your own data, but it is better to be safe than sorry. Once everything is backed up go ahead and reset.

Thankyou GolfDriver97 ~ how about the possibility of losing " encrypted data " ? what does that mean exactly please? ( obviously a novice here)

If you encrypted your phone you may lose any file associated with the encryption.
