    Hi, All...

I have a Galaxy S4 on Verizon, running 4.4.2. I have two bluetooth headsets, a Plantronics 240 and a Plantronics 395. Both are paired with the phone. However, only the 395 automatically connects phone audio. The 240 does not--I have to either go into BT setup (Settings > Bluetooth) and tap "phone audio," or toggle BT off and back on from the status bar for the phone to switch to

With all previous phones (including another GS4 on 4.4.2), whenever I turned on either headset, it would automatically go into phone audio mode.

Other than the names, both phones look the same in BT setup on the phone.

I thought of getting the Bluetooth Auto Connect app, but since it works ok with one headset and not the other, I'm wondering if it makes sense to do so.

Has anyone else encountered this? How did you solve it? ...thanks!
