Screen Lock Sound

I just got my Active and so far its great! However, I wish I could replace the Screen Lock Sound. The only setting I have found for it is to turn the sound OFF; its in the Settings / My Device / Sound.
I also would like to change the touch sound, it sounds like drops of water. Anyone have any ideas how to do these things?

Root and change the sound files. Unfortunately, there's no way to change those in the 'stock' version, so unless you modify the files or flash another ROM, you're out of luck. Thank Jebus they did include an ON/OFF setting; that water droplet sound is MADDENING.
