They should 100% back up the device from damage from water, pretty much anything since they made those claims in the device description.
Glad they are following good customer service practice...for now

I bought an Active 8/9. By 8/13 I had to replace it. Water got in through somewhere but did not set off the phone moisture indicator, just the battery. First store I visited promised to help and then turned me away. After another two hours another store hooked me up but I am stuck with the Active unless I cancel service.
