S4 Active 3G Strange Issue

Hello everyone, this is my first post in the forum and unfortunately it is for having a problem with my device. About two months ago, it started to get no internet access only when the "3G" icon apperared on top of screen, until the icon changes to "G" , "E", "H" or "H+" , and internet access comes back!Two weeks ago, another problem poped up!! When I am on "3G", not only internet connection is not available, but I cannot also make or receive calls or sms! I got in contact with my network provider so many times, and they told me that there is not a network issue. I do not know where is the problem then, perhaps my device is faulty. Has anyone of you experienced this? thanks!!

Welcome to Android Central! It may not be a network issue, but maybe it's a SIM issue. Did you ask them if a replacement SIM might be worth trying?
