E-mail Help- POP new e-mails only

Hi-

I just switched phones from a Blackberry to S4 and I have all my e-mail accounts set up. The problem is when I delete e-mails it pulls all the old e-mails into the inbox and I have thousands saved across all my e-mail accounts.

Is there a setting that will only POP new incoming e-mails going forward and not go back and keep pulling old e-mails in?

That sounds like a setting for the mail server not the client. You can set that with the GMail POP servers, so ask from the support for your mail service.

Anyone else know how to POP/Sync only new messages and not everything saved in your e-mail.
