Samsung S4: Start to loading slow

Hi!
I use samsung galaxy s4 since 2013. Recently i noticed that the phone is load every application slowly and sometime noticeable lag. I decided to restore my phone to factory settings, but unfortunately without any success - lag is still appear. The next step is to root it. Can someone suggest me another solution ?

This is because there are a lot of applications that are eating up your RAM. Try to remove the larger applications that you don't use anymore or are unimportant to you, and you will see your phone loading much faster than expected. Another thing you can do is download a memory cleaner app from Google Store, this will help you to clean up the app cache and help save you much needed RAM. Thanks
