Hi all, first time I've needed to post as generally I quickly find what I'm after by searching the forum so thanks in advance.
My s4 mini (2nd hand) has faulty speaker, receiver and microphone. There does not appear to have been water damage as the "x's" inside the case are purple. I ran the diagnosis mode *#0*# and tested everything and it just appears to be the above 3 that are faulty. Have also factory reset and am on the latest OS.
My question is whether this is a question of multiple failures or one failure (e.g. motherboard). I realise you'd probably need to look to be sure but I'm being quoted serious money just for shops to check for me and I was hoping I'd be able to track down the problem with your help. Cheers!
