Wifi Direct Transfer Problem

Finally got our new ATT SGH-i257 phones (running Android 4.2.2) and are learning.

Tried to transfer a picture from one phone to the other using wifi direct and it worked perfect. Tried to transfer from same phone the same picture to Galaxy Tab 3.8.0 (TM-310) and although both devices showed they were connected the transfer failed. Oddly enough when I tried transferring from tablet to phone it worked perfect.

Have tried now many times and can't figure it out. What am I doing wrong?

Jestl - I think you will find, as many Android users have, that you need to install a wifi direct app from the play store to have any consistent success at transferring over wifi direct. Everyone has their favorites. I use HitcherNet to transfer stuff over wifi direct.
