Help, suddenly I can't play any music files including ringtones and alarm sounds :(

This doesn't happen in streaming apps (Spotify) or video, just on the music players. I've tried stock and thrid app music player and all crash whenever I try to play a music file (the location, internal memory or external SD, doesn't make a difference).

All my ringtones sound muted and my notification sounds are messed up too. Some players SOMETIMES display an error message, but mostly the phone crashes.

This started happening today or yesterday, I can't link this to a recently installed app or to anything in particular.

Did you try to install another player app then try to play these files.If it can't be played, maybe your permission of music folder have problems.
