Samsung Galaxy S4 mini GT-i9195 apn settings through Straight Talk At&t sim card

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini model #GT-i9195 (UK version). I purchased a Straight Talk BYOP package and activated the At&t micro sim card. Everything works great except I cannot receive picture messages. I can send pictures, my internet speed test is over 8 mbs per second. Everything is great except receiving pictures.
I called Straight Talk (on the phone for over 4 hours) and they referred me to the manufacturer. I then called Samsung and they informed me that since I have a UK version that some features will not work in the USA. (I'm in Missouri)
I have read most of the threads on this subject and have tried over a dozen different APN settings. I have not found one that is new and works. Please help, I'm about to return this item.

The 9195 does data on 800, 850, 900, 1800, 2100 and 2600 MHz.

AT&T does data on 850, 1700, 1900 and 2100 MHz. If AT&T, in your location, is using 1700 or 1900 for downloading the MMS part of a message, that phone won't receive it.
