crackling sound both with and with out earphones

Hi i have been experiencing a crackling noise from my phone when playing music with both my earphones connected and whem im just listening to music with out them. My earphones are the ones i got with s4 and i have tried other ones and get same result. Im pretty sure its my phone as i had another s4 mini that did the same thing but was replaced for this new one u der warranty for another fault. Can anyone help as its really anoying!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Does it only happen when playing music? What about other apps that play sound, like games or video players?

If it's only the music, are you playing locally stored music files, or streaming over the web? If they're local files, then try copying those files to a computer and play them on the computer--do you get crackling there?
