My floating keyboard when I go into voicemail is huge

When I go into voicemail to retrieve messages on a Samsung Galaxy
s4 mini, the floating keyboard is huge. The bottom row of numbers is hidden under the options to hide keyboard, speaker, mute. I cannot enter 0 which is part of a password.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Need suggestions on how to fix this.

I solved my own issue by removing the battery to do a hard reset of the device. Keyboard is back to normal.
