I thought this phone (GT-I9192) had Android 4.4.2

I bought a refurbished Galaxy S4 Mini GT-I9192. The phone says it has Android 4.2.2 installed, and Kies claims that it has the latest firmware, NB1 (KSA). I thought that 4.4.2 was available for this phone.

There are multiple regions to Samsung devices. For that particular region, it looks like it didn't get the 4.4 update.

Thanks for the quick reply. Some googling showed me that it should be possible to update to a firmware from another region, so I'll try that.
