i need help with my s4 mini

[AC Question]

Yesterday morning my s4 mini was not charged so I put it on charge nothing happend I plugged it into a amazon fire tv stick cable and it worked so I switched it on and it took I while to switch on but I did so when I pressed the home page it said some sort of error had happened ot then took me to a screen and said it was downloading apps then it went black and now I can't charge it. Can some one please tell me what has happened and if it can be fixed tell me how it can please

Leave it plugged into a wall outlet for at least 4-6 hours before doing anything else. Then try pressing and holding Power for about 10-15 seconds to see if it powers on. If it doesn't, try using a new or different battery.
