As of right now, I am on stock, but I am looking for a ROM that allows for flash player to work on either Dolphin Browser, Boat Browser or the stock browser. Any help would be appreciated.

The latest version of Dolphin supports Flash again. You just need to install an archived version of Flash Player from Adobe. You can find it here: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...player_ics.apk

Try using firefox. Flash works on that. Not the beta though.

I am running Dolphin version 10.0.0 with flash version 11.1.115.69. Make sure flash is enabled in Dolphin: (Settings>Web Content>Flash Player>Always On).
