S4 Root problems HELP PLEASE

i have a rooted vzw s4 with the mj7 build. i used goomanager to install TWRP and it was successful and when i booted into recovery it forced me into download mode and now i cant get out of it. everytime i reboot it then re-forces download mode.

You can't install a custom recovery on MJ7.
You now are going to have to ODIN your phone.
On MJ7 and MK2 no recoveries, no safestrap. Root only.
