ATT MF3 Rooted+SafeStrap, What specs are required for custom ROMs ?? Must they be 4.2.2?

Hi community....

I've got a rooted AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 sgh-i337,
Running Android 4.2.2
Build Number JDQ39.I337UCUAMF3
Rooted and using SafeStrap v3.71

I am (to the best of my limited knowledge) ready to go and install custom ROMs. However, I need a bit of advice from the community on the specific ROM types I should be seeking.

Again, from what I understand.... the type of ROM I should be seeking would be...

1. Using the 4.2.2 version
2. should be installable with TWRP (since this is what safestrap uses)

So I've found what I thought were a few acceptable ROMs from this link....

Problem is most of these ROMs have been upgraded for version 4.3, and I've tried installing all I've been able to download without any success.


So my question for the community isn't where to find these ROMs (although that would be helpful) but rather what specs to make sure the ROM has so that i'm able to install it using SafeStrap.

Can anyone help me out with additional requirements or suggested ROMs? Am I correct in my statement that any custom ROM must be 4.2.2?
