I did research and found if you brick your device, a good option would try to use a JIG. So I ordered one as a security precaution. Anywho, If I root my phone I'm only planning on downloading apps like wifikill, dSploit and etc. Will doing this have any chance of a brick? I am not going to install costume ROM's or anything, I just want the apps. *Not considering I mess up the root process*.
Oh one more question, I have the samsung galaxy S4 SGH-1337M with Koodo *Canadian* and I found something called Framaroot, where you don't need to use your computer to root, is that safe and easier to use with a less brick chance rate?
