Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9506 Firmware issue

Hi my first posting i bought this phone last year to replace an S3 it was on EE Network so i got it unlocked as i am on 3 it came with Firmware 4.2.2 however being cocky and not learning from a previous mistake i tried updating the firmware to 4.3 with dire results resulting in what could have been a total hard bricking i took it to a local repair shop and they had massive problems finding firmware due to the rarity of this model however i got the phone back but it is 4.3 but on Orange France with branding i know it was my fault for cocking it up is there any way of flashing back to 4.2.2 or i have heard that it could be flashed with Nordic Countries I9506XXUBML6 can anyone advise me on what i could do i dont want to do this myself after having 2 near fatal brickings.Thank you
