Help with unroot so I can update OTA.

I've decided I want to go back to the world of no-root, didn't find that much that appealed to me and I want the latest security updates. From other advice I've found, I deleted Knox, unrooted (via Kingo Root), unmounted my SD card and I'm still getting the "Your device has been modified..." alert, disallowing me from taking OTA updates. Any suggestions?

Tried to go to Safe Mode, got Odin Mode instead...

Okay, tried doing the update in Safe Mode, didn't work.
