    I have rooted my samsung s4 with Kingoroot and is successful too.. but i am not able to find system file in the data folder .

    I want to clear my data usage from that folder "data/system/netstats/ ". i have made all hiden file also visible, still i am not able to find system file in the Data folder.

    Can any one guide me what i have to do.

    netstats is a folder, probably in /system. You run commands with it (it's an executable), you don't do things to it. Install a terminal, go to / (cd / will work if you're rooted), then run /system/netstats <whatever command you want here>
