Why is one of the 2 directories not showing up on my Samsung Galaxy s4 mini?

I try to install Lineage OS 14.1, but one moment before i started, i installed cwm and then the gapps were removed. USB connection from my phone to pc won't work ( dunno why) and i try it with my SD card. But then i found out i have two directories, one of them has 15 MB and the other 4 GB. I placed the gapps and the rom in de biggest directory and in cwm i only find the 15 mb one. I tried TWRP but nothing changed. In the 15mb one there is a lost.dir file ( just info, you never know). Thanks for your time. It's just Murphy's Law.
