Should I wait for S4 ??

My S2 was bought with a data plan, recently it had been broken. I am thinking of buy a S3 LTE, but I've heard rumours about S4 coming out in May, should i wait or go ahead and buy S3 LTE {because I am attached with a plan,so every month I am paying a sum of money}?

I would just get a cheaper Android phone in the meantime, and wait for the S4.
