I might be going crazy, but I swear that's a different picture than the one I saw the first time I looked. This pic looks a lot like the latest render I've seen floating around. The other pic was definitely the S3.

These S4 renders with no physical buttons and a more squared off design give me hope, but they're a HUGE deviation from Sammy's style trends over the past couple of years. 3 more days and my hopes will be crushed!
