Well, it was -14 when I took this sunset picture last Saturday - that's why the camera shake. Just got this S4 a couple weeks ago - moved up from an iPhone 4S. S4, 4S, huh. Never thought about that before.

Go to the camera app, click the gear icon on the side, click the new gear icon that pops up at the top, then click the new gear again that's on the right side. Scroll down and you'll find an option for Guidelines. I'm on a custom rom so it might be different but give it a shot

Oh that's easy than! 😏

Open the camera app.
Click the gear icon, see my screenshots below, I put a blue arrow pointing the gear icon.

Another gear icon appears at the top, click it.

Click the gear icon on the side of the video icon.

Scroll down to Guidelines and click on that option and turn it on.
