Get it to like 5% or less and fully charge it. This is my second time charging the phone and im on 1d 2h and still have 38% left. Try watching whats eating your battery on stats. I'm surprised with how good the battery is as where I live the sigan is very weak always at 100+ dBm and at school its always searching for signal when I'm indoors and that's for about 2 or 3 hours depending on the class I have.

It sounds like your haveing trouble seeking signal thst can cause to eat battery but in your case if u get 1day and 2 hours with 38% percent left that's pretty good , specially on charge two keep cycle charging itll get better and better everyday on battery life.

Mines the same I have issues, my battery is charged to 100% but its only showing 25 seconds left on the battery it will drain the whole battery within one hour even with no use. I've tried resetting the phone but its still the same, I'm trying to update the firmware through kies but it keeps failing this phone is driving me crazy.

I put the "Active Apps" widget on one of my screens to keep tabs on things that are running. I kill just off anything that isn't needed any longer.

yeah its only in my house there seems to be sort of a dead spot and since i go to college the phone suffers to find signal but its good that i went through a whole day with a single charge. i will continue to power cycle the phone 3 or 4 times more.

It would probably help if you were able to let us know what you were doing during those 4 mins of on screen time in order to determine if it's normal. For instance, 4 mins of streaming youtube over mobile would be different than 4 mins of GPS which would also be different than 4 mins of reading RSS feeds. So it's not always just the onscreen time itself, it's what is being done altogether when the screen is on.
