    I have a couple of issues with the software on the phone. First of all my 'Play Store' does not open giving me a message 'Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.' Afterwards when i press on it again it just shuts down not opening up. Second of all If i try to download lets say a picture from internet my Internet explorer/Google chrome crashes saying 'Unfortunately, Internet has stopped.'

    I've got these problems on the second day of having the phone. It also lags from time to time. I could do a full reset i guess as i've got nothing important on it yet, but then again i'd prefer fixing this (Don't want to add all the accounts again)
