Im new to android got the Samsung Galaxy S4 white frost! Best phone my iphone 5 was not worth spending ?600 sim free!

Just one thing isit possible to turn this annoying warning message off? Everytime getting very annoying now!

Sorry, but that feature cannot be turned off with a stock TouchWiz ROM. AOSP-based custom ROMs have the ability to turn it off in settings, but until the Galaxy S4 starts receiving custom ROM builds, you're pretty much stuck with it.
