Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 factory unlocked work on USA LTE (T-mobile/at&t) Searched can't find info.

looking at this:

Amazon.com: Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 16GB 4G/LTE Black Factory Unlocked, International Version: Cell Phones & Accessories
under specification it writes:
3G: HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - 4G/LTE 800 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600

T-mobile's samsung galaxy s4 spec writes:
Unsupported Browser
Band (frequency): UMTS: Band I (2100);UMTS/HSPA+: AWS Band IV / 2100 / 1900 / 850;Band II (1900);Quad Band GSM;LTE

at&t:
4G-LTE Band 4 and 17

So both the Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 factory unlocked on amazon and the t-mobile samsung galaxy s4 uses AWS Band IV 2100 MHz.

If possible can a few ppl confirm that I am correct that this Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 factory unlocked will work on USA LTE (AWS band iv 2100 MHZ)? Thanks for the help.

Received this from T-Mobile on their support form but I would still like to know someone has and is using this model.

Hi sjudson61!

As long as you have the correct APN settings set-up to access our LTE network, you'll be good to go. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Did you know the correct APN settings, or don't they push automatically from T-Mobile?

T-Mobile says they will set up the APN for you but I just read- Data is transmitted upstream on 1700 MHz and downstream on 2100 MHz. Reading this I have requested more info and will relay same.

After reviewing the bands used on the new SG 4 Google edition that still does not cover the the 1700MHz / 2100MHz, I am giving up and buying a T-Mobile version at not a bad price $ 580 at local T-Mobile. Here is the bands for the Google edition- (GSM/EDGE/GPRS (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
3G (850, 1900, 2100 MHz)
4G LTE (700, 850, AWS, 1900 MHz)
Follow up- Google wrote this e mail (what were they thinking issue a phone that is not LTE compatible)You are correct, the Galaxy S$ available on the Google Play Store doesn't support the 1700 MHz network band. However it does support the 1900 MHz network band. I recommend contacting T-Mobile just to be sure, but from what I understand T-Mobile uses the 1900 MHz band for it's 3G and 4G service.

I posted this on Amazon's forum review of the S4 Zoom, but also applicable to the S4:

GOOD NEWS:
Network Evolution | T-Mobile Support
- For TMO users, check to see if your city has a "modernized" TMO network in the link above.
- The modernized networks seem to include 1900Mhz HSPA+ 21Mbps d/l, but you will still need 1700 to get HSPA+ 42Mbps d/l (which isn't available with this phone anyway.)

I'm planning on switching to an MVNO (see below) that uses TMO, so I was very happy to find the above link, after reading Kevin's comments. If we end up buying this phone, I'll try to remember to add a comment with our experience on the HSPA+ (4G) signal on TMobile's 1900Mhz band.

For those interested, here is a link of phone providers, other than Verizon, Tmobile, AT&T, & Sprint to choose from in the US:
List of United States mobile virtual network operators - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And here is Samsung's official microsite for the S4 Zoom (which their mainsite oddly does not mention on the official S4 page, nor in the search box on their site):
Specifications | GALAXY S4 zoom

I did a screenshot of an AT&T LTE phone of the APN settings.
