Samsung needs warranty similar to applecare

I recently made the switch from iPhone 5 to a galaxy note 2 and I love it. It opened my mind to android phones and now I'm hooked. The only thing that would prevent me from purchasing one again is the warranty system. Apple by FAR access in the warranty category. I'm not even talking about applecare+, just the one year manufacturers warranty. I don't need to sent my phone in for repairs due to software issues or a non responsive home button or a broken pair of headphones. I just go in and they replace it. Besides that, I love my new phone

I have verizon, if there is an issue, they will send me a replacement, even overnight, if I want. I think other carriers so do the same. I prefer this over going into the store for warranty, but I realize the some want a replacement now.
