Buy an S4 in the US to use in the UK or wait and buy in the UK?

We will be moving from the US to the UK permanently this summer and I'd like to buy a pair of SIM unlocked, non-contract S4's now that we can bring with us to the UK and still have 4G support. T-Mobile says that their S4 phone can do that, but if this web site is to be believed: Samsung Galaxy S4 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, the T-Mobile version (SGH-M919) runs on a different band than the International version (GT-I9505) that I assume I would get in the UK. I've been leaning towards EE in the UK since they seem to be most aggressive with the 4G rollout at this point.

The S4 appears to be cheaper to purchase in the US and bring to the UK than buying locally, but maybe I'm missing something important?

Any suggestions about how to proceed?

Thanks.
