Help - before hubby throws phone out the window! Failed Messages

Hi, can anyone help?

My Fella has got an new Galaxy S4 but today it keeps coming out with 2 messages failed in the notification window. When he clicks on it it just takes him to the messaging home page and he is unable to work out which have failed. This has been happening for a couple of hours as they keep trying to resend every 10 mins or so and he is driving everyone mad. How does he identify the failed messages?

Go into settings > more > application manager > slide to all > scroll down to Messaging. Clear cache and data. Then head to system update and update PRL and Profile and reboot phone. If this doesn't help, a quick call to Sprint and have them reprovision your phone. It only takes a few minutes. One of these will help!
