Customize system sounds?

One of the big things about the S4 and droid is the customization available vs. iphone.

In Windows, you can customize each system sound for each event to whatever sound file you like. I see there is the ability to do this for a very limited number of system sounds for the S4, but not much.

Is there a method I missed or an app available to allow me to customize all or most of the system sounds?

Can't help but I have a very similar question.... I can't seem to turn off the audio notification for my ActiveSync emails. Active Sync --> Menu --> General Settings has a listing for "priority sender" sounds but I don't see it for normal emails. Thought I'd keep it in the same thread!
