    I read some posts talking about this, but I am confused if i should have it checked??????? if it does makes a different then why did samsung not have this enable by default???

    this is meant for developers only to test their applications on different situations and scenarios with the S4, that's why it is under "Developers Mode"...
    it is true that some things might be snappier and more responsive, but i would not recommend that you enable it to force everything to render on GPU, because it may cause your device to run hotter on certain situations, or consume your battery drastically, among others...

    It is best to leave it unchecked. A lot of apps do not play nicely with "Force GPU rendering".

    It's called "Developer Options" for a reason. I think this menu should be hidden from the average user by default.

    Ha! Thanks ...I guess...well thats why I asked to make sure I get the correct info before trying anything.
