Hi, first off, thanks to all the posters in here, I've learned a lot.
After the acid test I know what to expect in regards to handcent and the s4 concerning the pop up portion.
If you have lock screen off and turn off screen or it just goes to display off, WHILE you still have handcent Open, you will not get a pop up. And it will not light up screen... And of course you will get the notification sound. But the reminder will light up the screen. A constellation.
If you have lock screen OFF,
If you EXIT out of the handcent app you will get the pop up after screen goes dark.
If you have lock screen on, you will ALWAYS get a pop up whether you leave phone while in or out of the handcent app.
