With all of the Legal fighting between Apple and Samsung will we have stripped phone?

With all of the Legal fighting between Apple and Samsung will we have stripped phone? Will we at some point in time if Samsung looses their legal battle have a phone that is stripped of many of its functions? Or will this take so long to happen if it does at all that another model will be on the market that adheres to whatever legal garbage that Apple may or may not be successful with? Should the consumers be concerned about buying a Samsung or is this jus business as usual and it all works out with one company paying the fines and moving on?
