My clock is 1 hour behind

I woke up this morning and my clock /time is 1 hour behind but my time and weather widget has the correct time which is 1 hour ahead of the time of the phone clock.

Can someone help me on this?

Is your clock set to automatically receive Network time? If so, the culprit is your carrier. Also, under the Date and Time settings, check that your Time Zone is properly set up. The weather widget uses geolocation, so it knows where you are and therefore can display the correct time. Your phone, however, sets the clock on the settings you give it, and that leaves room for error.

[Not Quite Right]

Probably lost sync with the cell tower. Restarting the phone should solve the problem.
