There's several ways. Kies, usb, wifi, etc.. Just install the correct driver onto your computer from Samsung.com and hook it up through usb.

This is assuming you're using windows. Go to the start menu then my computer. If you've installed the correct drivers then you should see your phone there. Double click it and you should be able to get your files off the phone from there. Just click and drag the video to the file where you want to place it.

i think you don't need USB or something like this. i found a few days ago a awesome way to transfer files and music to phone.
1. need WIFI
2. AirDroid
