S Voice failure to go into driving mode and not responding by opening mic following question

S Voice has started acting wonking. It does not got into the simple interface screen when in driving mode, stays in standard screen but settings show it is in driving mode. It does read incoming texts and announce incoming calls. But when executing a task it does not follow up with activating it's listening for your next command.

Example, If I say text Bob Message running late. It replies with the window of the text message with send and cancel and speaks my command options, but then does not re activate on its own waiting for the next command?

I have voice feedback enabled, and I have reset s voice in application manager, without any changes. Any ideas?

After a lots of research I figured this one out.

Lock Screen Notification app NiLS was the problem.... App gone problem gone!
