i9505 costs more than i9500?

I was looking at a couple of sites regarding purchasing the Exynos S4 and what I noticed in most of those sites were that the i9505 were more expensive than the i9500 (Exynos) by upto $200. I was thinking that the i9500 would be more expensive so this was a little shocker. I'm just wondering if anyone know's why there's quite a significant price difference between the two? I thought because the Exynos is a little better, the price would be a little higher but it's actually the other way around. :/

I think I heard somewhere that the i9500 was unlocked first and were being sold internationally very quickly. Also probably because the i9500 is 3G and most countries still haven't upgraded to 4G. I bought the i9505 because my country does have 4G and it's true its alot more expensive. There seems to be less i9505 unlocked phones probably why the cost is higher.
