S4 Car Mount/Charger options?

Should be getting my new 32GB S4 from ATT next week and I am looking for some options for a good car mount and charger.
I would like a mount that can hold the phone with or without a case (haven't decided yet), rotates and will allow the charging cord to be plugged in.
I would prefer a 2A charger since I have been hearing that when phone is being used that the normal car chargers aren't up to snuff.
I have been looking but have no clue how good one or another or brand might be.

A link for your recommendations would be appreciated.

I have a Mountek, it hold from the CD slot of the radio and very solid. it's about $20.00 plus shipping on Amazon. Drawback for some, you can still use your CD player but cannot change cd's without removing the holder, takes like 30 seconds but it is an inconvenient. It will also squish the cd slot bristle.
