Galaxy S4 MINI Google Edition?

I really like the iPhone hardware (especially the iPhone 5 size). But find it unsatisfying to use iPhone because it is so locked down. I really enjoy the freedom of unlocked bootloades like the Nexus 4 offers but am not crazy about Nexus 4 hardware. I'd buy an iPhone in a second if I could load the OS of my choice on it.

I am really looking forward to the Galaxy S4 Google Edition. But the S4 is SOOO big; I dislike this.

Anyone know if the Galaxy S4 MINI will be released with a Google Edition?
