Maybe switching

I have an iPhone 4 now but lookin at s4. All my friends have iOS and we use group chat a lot. Will I be able to still do group chat and have it be just like it is on my iPhone currently? Will they still see my texts as a group if I switch to the galaxy s4?

If you're referring to group text messaging, that can be challenging. If there's a phone setting for group text I haven't found it. Though there is probably an app that does it. I switched to Kik for cross platform individual and group messaging. It works very well.

You should be able to group text. I do it all the time with my wife and daughters. If you go into messaging and select settings you should see the option to do group conversations by default. I have it checked and can send individual or group texts. Also, when I'm in a group text, I have an option to reply to an individual or the group.
