    Hi my sons tmobile galaxy s4 front camara stopped working. We called Samsung and they want us to send the phone in to fix it. They said it can take up to 15 days. according to the rep they can't just replace the phone they have to fix it and send it back. Does anyone have experience dealing with Samsung customer support? It sucks having to wait that long to get it fixed!

    I dropped my s4 and the screen got totally screwed 2 days after I got it. I sent it into samsung and it did take a little over a week. Luckily I had my iphone still so I just popped the sim card back in there, but it definitely does suck having to wait to get it back.. Samsung definitely needs to step up on that, apple was way better with replacing/warrantying my iphones I've had

    So much easier with apple. I just switched over from a iPhone I'm afraid is something goes wrong with the phone I'll be stuck.

    Is it a warrant issue or did he drop it. If it's a warrant issue t mobile will send you a replacement. I've gotten many replacement phones. Give them a call talk to the loyalty department the other departments can sometimes help but I've never had a issue with that one. Tell them what the trouble is. You keep your phone you have now until the replacement gets there. You take the replacement and send the damaged phone back in the same box.

    The phone was purchased brand new off craigslist and for some reason they can't find the phone in the system. He printed out a shipping label and I'm sending it out tomorrow. Thanks for all the replies
