Phone keeps losing connection

It's happened about 4 times now, my phone loses network connection and I have to reboot to get it back. I'm on EE/t mobile. Any advice?

That happened to me before (I'm on AT&T) and all I did was remove and replace the SIM card. After I did that a few (separate) times it stopped happening.
